Austin

The Austin office includes prominent lawyers in many of King & Spalding’s core practice areas, including energy, construction, complex business litigation, pharmaceutical mass tort defense, securities litigation, healthcare, international arbitration and intellectual property protection.

The team has a national and international focus. We represent clients in Texas and across the U.S. in state and federal courts, both at the trial and appellate level. We also represent clients around the globe in various international arbitration forums. As a result, the team is well trained in all facets of advocacy necessary to resolve disputes.

We draw from years of experience with seasoned lawyers from diverse backgrounds, including former CPAs, engineers, CEOs and government lawyers. Complex business transactions, construction projects and securities disputes are a primary focus. Our mass tort lawyers serve as national counsel for clients with disputes involving thousands of claimants. Our intellectual property lawyers protect patent and trademark rights in courts and before the PTO.

Austin was among the King & Spalding offices cited in U.S. News & World Report’s 2017 Best Law Firms, where the firm scored 45 national rankings, 21 Tier 1 practice designations and 104 regional rankings.
