Coloplast Wins Total Summary Judgment

King & Spalding won a total summary judgment in client Coloplast’s favor on a pelvic-mesh case pending in the District of Minnesota.  The court also granted two of Coloplast’s motions to exclude Plaintiff’s expert witnesses on specific and general cause, and issued favorable partial rulings on other motions to exclude Plaintiff’s experts. These rulings reinforce the requirement of reliable expert testimony on specific causation.
