Managing Partner (Germany) Mario Leißner and his team received the award at a ceremony in Cologne on Feb. 21. The Frankfurt real estate capital markets team was honored for representing BEOS AG and IntReal on a highly complex transaction by which, in an innovative new structure and through the sophisticated transfer of the units in an open-ended real estate fund, a EUR 520 million real estate portfolio was sold to Helaba Invest.
