Zoë Bromage is an energy partner in King & Spalding’s Singapore office. Her practice focuses on cross-border transactions, project development and first-of-their-kind projects in the energy sector.
Zoë represents clients from the full spectrum of the energy industry throughout Asia and globally on structuring and developing projects in the traditional oil, gas and LNG sectors, as well as low-carbon energy sector, including hydrogen and its derivatives, carbon capture, battery storage and renewables. She also has extensive experience assisting clients on merger and acquisition activity ranging from smaller-scale farmouts to high value / multi-jurisdictional corporate and asset transactions in the energy sector.
