Sergei is an associate in our Special Matters and Government Investigations practice in Dubai. He represents clients in complex, multi-jurisdictional disputes in addition to both internal and government investigations. His experience includes commercial, corporate, construction, financial, environmental, healthcare, employment, consumer protection, antitrust and investment law matters.
Sergei focuses on multi-jurisdictional disputes, internal and government investigations involving a wide range of regulatory misconduct. He has also represented clients in bankruptcy proceedings and commercial and investment arbitrations under the ICSID, LCIA, ICC, ICAC (Russia) and CAM Santiago (Chile) rules.
Qualified under Russian law, he has represented clients in dozens of disputes before Russian courts of all levels and has advised multiple clients on matters related to the fallout from the Russia-Ukraine conflict.
