Capabilities
King & Spalding has assembled a multi-disciplinary task force of attorneys across practices and offices to help clients navigate the evolving developments of the Russia/Ukraine situation. This effort is being led by our International Trade team and crisis management practice, which are advising clients on the complex and quickly changing sanctions and export control issues. Other members of the task force are collaborating with our International Trade team to ensure a coordinated response to other immediate issues, such as ransomware/destructive malware, supply chain and contract disputes, human capital, human rights and public international law. We also have members focused on the longer-term impacts for clients, such as restructuring ramifications, government contracts and deal and investment activity.
