Sam Diamant represents companies in high-stakes commercial disputes, including matters involving technology license disputes, false advertising, misappropriation of trade secrets, breach of fiduciary duty and various other business torts.  He has represented Fortune 500 and emerging companies alike in the technology, life sciences, financial services, and energy industries.

Before joining King & Spalding, Sam served as law clerk to United States Bankruptcy Judge William J. Lafferty in the Northern District of California.
