Daily Journal Names Sam Diamant to its 40 Under 40 List

The Daily Journal has named King & Spalding partner Sam Diamant to its 40 under 40 list, which honors high-achieving young attorneys in California across all fields and practices.

The profile highlights Diamant’s work as part of the firm’s team that successfully represented software developers who were accused by a Russian oligarch of stealing the world’s most popular web server software. The publication also cites Diamant for being deeply committed to pro bono work, partnering with organizations such as the ACLU of Northern California, Law Foundation of Silicon Valley, Disability Rights Advocates and Hewlett Packard Enterprise in a discriminatory ordinances class action lawsuit against the city of Mountain View.

Diamant represents companies in high-stakes commercial disputes, including matters involving technology license disputes, false advertising, misappropriation of trade secrets, breach of fiduciary duty and various other business torts. He has represented Fortune 500 and emerging companies alike in the technology, life sciences, financial services, and energy industries.
