Peter Kim is an associate in the Special Matters & Government Investigations practice in King & Spalding's New York office. Peter advises clients across a broad range of complex disputes in response to significant global, cross-border risk, in addition to corporate internal investigations, government regulatory matters, and related civil litigation. He specializes in global crisis management and regularly provides clients with strategic advice on global risk assessment and mitigation.
Peter received his J.D. from Columbia Law School, where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar and a recipient of the Parker School Certificate for Achievement in International and Comparative Law. At Columbia, Peter served as Executive Editor of the Columbia Journal of Transnational Law and President of the Columbia International Arbitration Association. He received his M.A. from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) and his B.A. from Columbia College, Columbia University. Prior to joining King & Spalding, Peter practiced in the New York office of Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer.
