Morgan is an associate in the Atlanta office of King & Spalding and a member of the firm's Real Estate & Funds practice group. Morgan's practice focuses on fund formation and offerings, joint venture formations, secondary transactions, and M&A and general corporate matters for private companies and private equity funds.

Morgan graduated with honors from Emory University School of Law in 2024. Prior to law school, she received her B.A. from Yale University.
