Emma Jiang is an energy transactions attorney with a focus on complex mergers, acquisitions and joint venture transactions and energy infrastructure projects. Emma represents both private equity and strategic clients in the upstream, midstream, downstream and renewable sectors.
Emma has extensive experience handling the full spectrum of energy transaction agreements, including purchase and sale (assets or equity) and joint venture agreements; gathering, processing, storage, transportation and interconnection agreements; EPC, O&M, administrative services and equipment supply agreements; feedstock and offtake agreements; and project financing and tax equity agreements. In addition to conventional oil and gas assets, Emma specializes in various renewables and energy transition technology, including solar, wind, hydrogen, ammonia, food waste-to-energy and water processing.
