Emma has extensive experience handling the full spectrum of energy transaction agreements, including purchase and sale (assets or equity) and joint venture agreements; gathering, processing, storage, transportation and interconnection agreements; EPC, O&M, administrative services and equipment supply agreements; feedstock and offtake agreements; and project financing and tax equity agreements.
