People

Kaleb Walker represents owners and developers in their on-shore and off-shore construction projects throughout the U.S. and the world, including liquefied natural gas (LNG) export facilities, petrochemical facilities, refineries, power plants, subsea projects, and others, ranging in value from $100 million to over $10 billion. Kaleb, who is also trained as a civil engineer, focuses on construction transactions and is experienced in drafting and negotiating a variety of agreements, including front-end engineering design (FEED), engineering-procurement-construction (EPC, EPCM, EP, EPCI), construction, construction management, professional services, master services, and long-term services agreements.

Kaleb advises owners and developers throughout the entire project spectrum, from conception through punch list completion and beyond, including: selecting the appropriate project delivery system and contractual structure; drafting and negotiating FEED agreements and construction-related agreements; drafting and negotiating operation and maintenance agreements and LTSAs; and resolving construction-related disputes. Relying on his former litigation experience, Kaleb helps clients avoid disputes by focusing on issues that create conflict during and after project construction.
