He focuses on the formation, organization, offering, and operation of various types of investment funds and multinational joint ventures. Jeffrey has experience with various strategies including direct lending, private equity, fund of funds, real estate, and infrastructure. He has advised clients in connection with closed-end and open-end funds, programmatic joint ventures, co-investments, secondaries, managed accounts, and GP stakes transactions.
