David L. Stone is a Partner in the Real Estate & Funds practice group located in our Washington, D.C. office. David acts as a strategic advisor to clients and is a nationally-recognized private equity lawyer focusing on real estate, both digital and real infrastructure, and other real asset investments. David is known for spearheading market-leading transactions throughout the U.S. and globally. He provides essential insights for C-suite leadership with their most sensitive and important transactions and initiatives.
David represents domestic and multi-national private equity funds, institutional investors, and public and private companies with their investments, debt transactions, and development projects across a broad spectrum of asset classes throughout the United States and globally. David also advises clients on how best to reposition distressed assets and loans, including workouts, modifications and restructures, deeds-in-lieu and foreclosures, and loan purchases and sales.
