Caspian is an Associate in King & Spalding’s International Disputes practice, based in the London office. He specialises in the resolution of complex multi-jurisdictional commercial disputes.

Caspian has experience acting in proceedings before the English High Court and Court of Appeal, as well as Arbitral Tribunals under leading institutional rules. His litigation experience is diverse and includes injunctions, contested restructuring plans, human rights and public law claims, construction disputes and the recognition and enforcement of foreign judgments and arbitral awards.

Caspian also regularly advises clients on various aspects of international trade sanctions and export controls and has acted in sanctions-related litigation before the Administrative Court and the Court of Justice of the European Union. 

Prior to training with the firm, Caspian spent two years working in the London office of Société Générale Corporate and Investment Bank.
