King & Spalding is advising ServiceNow (NYSE: NOW), the AI platform for business transformation, in its acquisition of Cuein, a leader in AI native conversation data analysis and insights.
ServiceNow offers a cloud based platform and solutions that deliver digital workflows for employees, customers and the enterprise, including for IT, HR, and customer service. This strategic move aims to enhance ServiceNow’s AI Agents’ capabilities by improving their ability to process and transform customer interaction data across various channels into actionable insights.
