backKing & Spalding is advising leading global performance materials company, Schweitzer-Mauduit International, Inc. (NYSE: SWM), in an all-stock merger of equals with Neenah, Inc. (NYSE: NP), representing an implied combined enterprise value of approximately $3 billion. The transaction is expected to close in the second half of 2022.
