Red Lobster Emerges From Bankruptcy with New Owners

King & Spalding represented Red Lobster with the sale of its business to an affiliate of Fortress, Blue Torch and TCW and its successful emergence from bankruptcy. Red Lobster’s restructuring preserves the ongoing success of the iconic seafood restaurant chain and provides for the continued operation of over 540 locations across the U.S. and Canada. King & Spalding advised Red Lobster in all aspects of the bankruptcy proceeding, sale transaction and related matters.
