backLONDON, July 14, 2023 — LMG Life Sciences EMEA has named King & Spalding its 2023 EMEA Parallel Import Firm of the Year and Germany Firm of the Year. King & Spalding partner Ulf Grundmann was honored with its Parallel Import Lawyer of the Year award and counsel Elisabeth Kohoutek with its Non-IP Litigation Rising Star award.
The firm was also named a finalist for the following awards:

Kohoutek also focuses on advertising, labeling, classification, composition, regulatory compliance, ESG and privacy matters under both European Union (EU) and German laws.
