King & Spalding Represents JET Infrastructure on the Acquisition of IMTT Epic LLC

King & Spalding represented JET Infrastructure, a portfolio company of Instar Asset Management, on its acquisition of 100% of the equity interests in IMTT Epic LLC, a subsidiary of International-Matex Tank Terminals, a major owner and operator of bulk liquids handling and storage infrastructure across North America. IMTT Epic owns and operates five jet and renewable fuel handling and storage terminals, one inbound pipeline and two outbound pipelines in Georgia, Alabama, New Mexico, and Texas. IMTT is based in Louisiana, is the largest independent bulk liquids storage and logistics provider in North America, and handles a wide variety of bulk liquids and other major commodities, including chemicals, vegetable and tropical oils, renewable fuels, and crude and refined petroleum products.
