King & Spalding has represented Enersol – a joint venture between Abu Dhabi-based ADNOC Drilling Company PJSC and Alpha Dhabi Holding PJSC – on its agreement to acquire a 95% equity stake in Deep Well Services (DWS).
DWS specializes in advanced technologies and services within the energy sector with operations focused in the Americas and an expanding joint venture in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The acquisition represents a material strategic addition to Enersol’s next-generation energy technology portfolio.
The King & Spalding team included lawyers from the Abu Dhabi, Houston, Chicago, Washington D.C., and Dubai offices, including Matt Hartsuyker, Jonathan Newton, Mitch Tiras, Simon Fraser, Jake Downing, Sydney Lampard, Jill McWhirter, Andrew Ketner, Chris Travis, Erin Horan Mendez, Austin Sanders, Karen Shriver, and Jamie Kershaw.
