Chris is an associate in the Corporate, Finance and Investments Group based in our Abu Dhabi office. His practice involves acting for corporates, funds and state-owned enterprises on a range of transactions including domestic and cross-border M&A, equity capital fundraising, joint ventures, corporate reorganizations and other commercial contracting work across the infrastructure and energy sectors.

Chris regularly advises on multi-jurisdictional transactions and has acted for purchasers, sellers, borrowers and lenders on a broad range of M&A mandates.
