Morgan has over two decades of experience advising clients on real estate private equity. She represents sponsors and institutional investors in a range of real estate investments and transactions. Morgan co-leads the firm’s real estate & funds practice group and serves on the firm’s managing policy committee. She also advises clients on structuring and negotiating fund formations and other capital transactions, including private real estate investment trusts and other structured investments.
