Austin Jowers, Jeff Dutson, Michael Fishel, Sarah Primrose, Christopher Coleman, Brooke Bean, and Taeyeong Kim counsel Red Lobster before a Florida bankruptcy court, which approved a plan for the seafood restaurant chain to successfully exit bankruptcy just under four months after filing for Chapter 11 protection. The company emerged from bankruptcy under a new ownership group led by Fortress Credit Corp.—retaining 545 restaurants operating throughout North America.
