Tyler W. Highful is an associate in the Contracts and Business Torts practice in the Austin office. His practice focuses on complex civil litigation matters, with an emphasis on representing public companies and their officers and directors in securities litigation, internal investigations, and regulatory investigations and enforcement proceedings.

Prior to joining King & Spalding, Tyler obtained his law degree from Harvard Law School.  Prior to attending law school, he worked at the Texas Legislature while earning his Masters in Public Affairs from the LBJ School of Public Policy.
