Tucker McCarthy is a Partner with King & Spalding's Real Estate and Banking and Institutional Finance practices. Resident in the Washington, D.C. office, Tucker represents lenders and borrowers in various secured lending transactions, with a focus on commercial real estate finance and leveraged finance.
Tucker holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Colgate University, where he graduated magna cum laude with high honors in English Literature. He earned his J.D. from Wake Forest University School of Law and a Masters of Laws in Banking Law and Financial Regulation from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
Prior to joining King & Spalding, Tucker served as clerk to the Honorable Denise K. Vowell and the Honorable Christian J. Moran, both of the U.S. Court of Federal Claims Office of Special Masters which adjudicates vaccine injury claims brought under the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act of 1986.
