Assisting in the review of 960,000 documents and preparation of a privilege log of 23,000 documents in order to obtain government regulatory approval for a merger of energy companies.  The review, production and log were completed in less than one month, and the merger was ultimately approved.

Preparing subordination, non-disturbance and attornment documents for over 20 commercial lessees in order to facilitate a multimillion dollar commercial real estate transaction.  The preparation of the documents, including revisions dictated by the commercial lender, were completed in less than two weeks.

Litigation Technology Experience: Through his involvement in the projects listed above, Mr. Conley has gained experience in supervising and training attorney review teams and collecting, reviewing and producing documents.  He also has experience in working with litigation team members to define appropriate review protocols as well as managing various aspects of the document production process.  Mr. Conley has extensive knowledge and experience of document review and litigation support systems including Relativity, Concordance, and Microsoft Access.
