Acuity Brands Secures Favorable Settlement of Securities Class Action and Dismissal of Derivative Litigation
Assisting in supervising over 40 attorneys in a review of over 3 million documents and production of over 900,000 documents for a Fortune 50 company, including managing sub-groups of attorneys in issue-specific review tasks. This review was in connection with a matter involving claims concerning trade secrets and a breach of contract.
Assisting in the review of 960,000 documents and preparation of a privilege log of 23,000 documents in order to obtain government regulatory approval for a merger of energy companies. The review, production and log were completed in less than one month, and the merger was ultimately approved.
Assisting in managing and supervising a group of 20 attorneys in a review of over 1 million documents for a leading medical device manufacturer in response to governmental civil investigative demand and a federal subpoena.
