Spencer Stockdale is a partner in King & Spalding's Mergers & Acquisitions and Capital Markets practices, focusing on a variety of financial transactions.
Spencer represents both public and private companies, boards of directors and special committees in a wide range of corporate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions by means of merger, asset purchase/sale, equity purchase/sale and joint venture.
Spencer received his law degree from Vanderbilt University in 2009, where he served on the Moot Court Board as a staff member on the Vanderbilt Journal of Transnational Law.
