Sneha Banerjee is a member of King & Spalding's Trial and Global Disputes group in the San Francisco office whose practice focuses on advising and defending corporate clients in a wide range of complex litigation matters, including product liability, mass tort, and commercial matters. She has case management and trial experience and handles all aspects of litigation, from the pleading stage through post-trial phase. 

In addition to her legal practice, Sneha plays an active role in firm building, pro bono work, and mentorship. She currently serves on the board of a non profit and coaches high school mock trial. Further, Sneha's pro bono practice focuses on seeking domestic violence restraining orders for low income clients, asylum support for refugees, and protecting the rights of individual prisoners.

Sneha received her J.D. from University of California, Davis, where she was a member of the Moot Court Honor's Board, Trial Practice Honor's Board, Family Protection Clinic, and a Teaching Assistant for Civil Procedure.
