Sam’s practice focuses on securitization, capital markets and structured private credit transactions. He has experience representing issuers, underwriters, depositors, lenders and borrowers in a wide range of securitization and other structured finance transactions. Prior to joining King & Spalding, Sam worked as a global finance associate at Dechert LLP in its Philadelphia office.
