Roy Falik is an associate in King & Spalding's Denver office. As part of the Intellectual Property group, he focuses his practice on patent litigation. As a young associate, Roy has already had experience litigating various technologies ranging from computer games to medical devices across the entire case lifecycle, from pitch to trial. Roy’s experience makes him a valuable asset to any complex patent and technology-related cases.

Prior to law school, Roy was a software engineer with experience in many different coding languages and technologies. He also gained experience as a judicial intern for the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas.

Roy earned his degree with honors from The University of Texas at Austin School of Law, where he focused on intellectual property courses. As a student, Roy received a Dean's Achievement Award in his patent law class and was recognized as a Strauss Center Cyber Fellow. He served as the Managing Editor for the Texas IP Law Journal and as a student member of the Yeakel IP Inn of Court.
