Rebecca Paradis is an associate in the FDA and Life Sciences Practice Group in the Washington, D.C. office of King & Spalding. Her practice involves supporting life sciences companies on a wide-range of regulatory matters, including pre- and post-market issues. She also helps guide life sciences companies during government investigations involving alleged violations of federal law and product liability litigation involving regulatory issues.
Rebecca graduated from the Georgetown University Law Center (GULC) and earned both her M.P.A. and her B.A. from Clark University. At GULC, she worked with the University's Health Justice Alliance to address legal barriers for local impoverished families seeking medical support. She also served as a law fellow for the U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee and worked as a summer intern in the office of the New York Attorney General. Prior to law school, she was a program director at the Network for Excellence in Health Innovation (NEHI), where she conducted stakeholder discussions and authored publications on policy issues affecting pharmaceutical and medical device companies.
