Phillip Allen is a versatile commercial litigator with experience representing clients in a variety of complex business disputes in state and federal courts across the country, as well as domestic arbitration. His practice at King & Spalding focuses in particular on high-stakes litigation in the construction, energy, and infrastructure sectors. Phillip is a meticulous advocate who has drafted successful case dispositive motions and other complex briefing in both trial and appellate courts.
Before joining K&S, Phillip was a commercial litigation associate in the Houston office of another prominent Am Law 100 law firm and also served as a law clerk to the Honorable Rebeca Huddle on the Texas Supreme Court. He received his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law and his B.A. from The University of Texas at Austin.
