Ms. Al Fahad’s practice is focused on initial public offerings, as well as public and private mergers and acquisitions across a number of industry sectors. Ms. Al Fahad also regularly advises on general corporate and commercial matters in relation to listed companies, joint stock companies and limited liability companies.
