Nika Silva is a senior associate in King & Spalding's Finance practice group, resident in the New York office.  Nika represents financial institutions, issuers, underwriters and institutional investors in a variety of financing transactions, including securitizations, capital markets transactions and other specialty finance transactions.    

Prior to joining King & Spalding, Nika worked in London, the United Arab Emirates and Australia.  

Nika is admitted only in Victoria, Australia.
