Nick Venetz is a partner in the Corporate, Finance and Investments Practice Group. Nick represents private equity funds, pension plans, sovereigns, family offices, hedge funds, corporate clients and investment banks on U.S. and international M&A, private equity and complex corporate transactions. Nick has extensive M&A and PE experience across many sectors, including a focused practice on the energy and infrastructure sectors.
In addition to M&A matters, Nick routinely negotiates and advises clients on energy-related transaction documentation, including joint venture agreements, operations and maintenance agreements, asset management and services agreements, renewable natural gas purchase and offtake agreements, waste supply agreements, lease and license agreements, and power purchase agreements and similar commodity purchase and sale agreements.
Nick has been actively involved in renewable natural gas transactions since 2016, and has assisted both corporate clients and private equity funds in the acquisition and disposition of both development-stage and operating renewable natural gas assets and execution of related joint ventures.
