Nathan Parker is a Fund Finance partner in the firm’s London office.

With over a decade of experience, Nathan has advised on a broad range of financing transactions. Nathan’s practice focuses on acting for financial institutions and private market managers across a full range of fund finance products, including subscription facilities, NAV and hybrid products and GP and co-invest facilities. He also has extensive experience advising private sponsors in leveraged buyout and high yield offerings, and direct lenders in the special situations space.

Nathan has been recognized by Chambers UK and Legal 500 UK with clients noting he “is a strong lawyer who is very well thought of by the industry” and is “always keen to find a pragmatic solution to issues, and very good to have on more complex deals given his ability and obvious very high level of experience."
