Nathan Pagett is a partner in the Corporate, Finance and Investments practice resident in the New York office. Nathan's practice is focused on commercial real estate finance, where he represents financial institutions and real estate funds in connection with single-lender as well as agented, multi-lender transactions.
In addition, Nathan represents lenders and special servicers in connection with the enforcement of creditors' rights under Article 9 of the Uniform Commercial Code, other state laws, and the Bankruptcy Code, including workout and debt restructuring transactions, secured party sales of assets, other dispositions, and real estate foreclosure sales.
