Miranda Wheeler is an associate in King & Spalding's Trial & Global Disputes practice group. She represents Fortune 100 and other large companies in a wide range of complex litigation matters, including class actions, product liability, and a broad range of commercial disputes in federal and state courts.
Prior to joining King & Spalding, Miranda practiced at another global law firm, where she represented clients in complex commercial litigation and class actions, particularly involving corporate shareholder disputes, violations of securities laws, and claims of breach of fiduciary duty and fraud.
Miranda received her Juris Doctor from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law, where she served as the managing editor of the Southern California Interdisciplinary Law Journal. During law school, Miranda served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Victoria S. Kaufman in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California. Miranda received her Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from the University of California, Berkeley, where she graduated with distinction.
