Milind represents public and private entities in mergers, acquisitions, and corporate governance matters.
Milind graduated cum laude from the University of Florida Levin College of Law after receiving a merit-based, full-tuition scholarship to attend. During law school, Milind helped prosecute white collar criminals for the U.S. Attorney's Office and interned for the Honorable Paul C. Huck in the Southern District of Florida.
Milind taught Legal Writing and Appellate Advocacy skills to first-year law students and edited the University of Florida's Journal of Technology Law and Policy.
Milind was elected as a representative, and later, as the Diversity Chair, for the university's Student Bar Association.
While at Vanderbilt University, Milind was a sportswriter for The Vanderbilt Hustler and served on the university's Multicultural Leadership Council.
