Mihir Awati is an associate in the Private Funds and Asset Management team in King & Spalding's New York office, and a member of the firm’s Corporate, Finance and Investments practice group. Mihir's practice focuses on the structuring, formation and operation of various types of private investment funds, secondary transactions, and general corporate matters for private companies and private equity funds.
