Michelle is an Associate in King & Spalding's Corporate, Finance and Investments group, focusing on financial restructuring, private credit and special situations matters, and is based in our New York office. 

Prior to joining King & Spalding, Michelle worked in-house for an investment bank focusing on mid-market transactions, and worked for another international law firm's financial restructuring group in New York.
