Commercial Litigation

Kyle is a capable and flexible litigator who represents clients in a variety of complex commercial disputes. He frequently works on matters that go to final arbitration hearings or to trial. His experience includes high-stakes contract disputes, construction disputes, and M&A litigation.

Kyle has experience in international and domestic arbitration proceedings, in federal courts across the United States, and in the Delaware Court of Chancery. He has represented clients in the financial services, technology, and energy sectors, among others.

Prior to joining King & Spalding, Kyle clerked for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas, and practiced litigation and arbitration in the Dallas office of another global law firm.
