Melanie Burke is a trial and appellate litigator who practices high-stakes complex commercial litigation.  Ms. Burke has extensive experience representing multinational companies across a broad range of industries—including technology, finance, and pharmaceutical—in complex contract, business tort, and intellectual property disputes, as well as in sensitive government investigations.

Ms. Burke received her Juris Doctor in 2013 from Fordham University School of Law, where she was a member of the Fordham Law Review.  Following her graduation from law school, Ms. Burke served as a law clerk to the Honorable Kevin Thomas Duffy of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, and was a litigation associate at Mayer Brown LLP and Debevoise & Plimpton LLP.  Ms. Burke graduated magna cum laude from Vanderbilt University in 2007.
