Maureen Sweeney is a partner in the Finance & Restructuring group resident in the firm’s Chicago office.

Maureen has extensive experience advising clients in a wide range of transactional work, which often includes a cross-border component, across a variety of industries. Her practice focuses on leveraged finance and restructurings, including financing of acquisitions, IPO’s and other significant transactional financings.
