While her industry experience is diverse, she has an extensive background in financing matters for the healthcare, pharmaceutical , manufacturing, technology and telecommunications sectors.
Mary Liz has handled the negotiation and documentation of a range of facility types, including senior, subordinated, asset-based, bridge and mezzanine financings, both secured and unsecured with total facility sizes ranging from $10 million to over $1 billion.
