Martin Y. Eid is a partner in the Finance and Restructuring practice group resident in the firm’s New York office.
Martin’s practice focuses on securitization, capital markets and structured private credit. He has extensive experience representing financial institutions, underwriters, lenders, sponsors and borrowers in a wide range of securitization and other structured finance transactions.
Martin has extensive experience advising in a variety of complex securitization transactions, particularly in the whole business, media royalty and digital infrastructure space. Select clients Martin has advised include Barclays, Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, MUFG, Apollo and Five Guys.

Representing the joint lead arrangers and initial purchasers in connection with over $3.5 billion of aggregate financing in the form of an unsecured note issuance and revolving and term credit facilities to finance the merger of an affiliate of Arby’s Restaurant Group, Inc. and Buffalo Wild Wings, Inc. to form Inspire Brands and subsequent incremental financing for the acquisitions of Sonic Corp. and Dunkin’ Brands Group, Inc. and a follow-on secured notes offering.
Representing initial purchasers in whole business securitizations of franchise royalties of brands such as Arby’s, Bojangles’, Hardee's, Carl's Jr., Driven Brands, Jimmy John’s, Jamba Juice, Neighborly and Zaxby’s among others.
Representation of arranger on syndicated revolving credit agreement to Grubhub, Inc.
