Lisa Smith is Counsel with the firm’s Trial and Global Disputes practice. Her practice focuses on electronic discovery issues, particularly with respect to the representation of automotive, consumer product, pharmaceutical, medical device, and energy clients in complex litigation. Lisa provides advice and counsel over the entire spectrum of the EDRM. She has managed the discovery process in a wide variety of matters, including product liability litigation, class actions, and government investigations.
Lisa has also served as a member of the executive board of directors for VSA arts of Georgia, a non-profit arts organization affiliated with the Kennedy Center dedicated to providing arts opportunities for persons with disabilities.
