Léo advises leading French and multinational companies on all strategic aspects of French employment law. His expertise spans day-to-day HR matters, high-stakes litigation, restructuring, sensitive internal investigations, executive severance, and compensation & benefits. Léo also has extensive experience handling the employment aspects of corporate transactions, including consultation of employee representative bodies, transfer of employees, collective bargaining and post-acquisition integration.
Before joining King K&S, Léo was an associate as other prominent US law firms including Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe and Latham & Watkins.
