Lauren Smith is an Associate in the Atlanta office of King & Spalding and a member of the firm's Business Litigation Practice Group.  Her practice focuses on high-stakes business disputes, including securities and shareholder matters, purported class actions, and contract disputes.  Prior to joining King & Spalding, Lauren served as a law clerk to the Honorable Orinda D. Evans of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia.
